This page explains all the technical and administrative details around Native Dialogs subscriptions. Don’t worry though, this is not a dry legal text, our T&C’s are human-friendly!
What is included in a subscription
A Native Dialogs subscription is always language-specific. For example, a subscription to Native Dialogs French only gives you access to French content, not to the other languages.
Native Dialogs publishes a new chat in each language every day, Monday to Sunday. A subscription gives you access to all chats published in that language, up to and including the current day, and including chats we published before your subscription started.
Subscription duration and payments
A Native Dialogs subscription is for one month. You can buy a subscription for just one month, or a subscription which renews automatically month after the month.
If you have a subscription for one month: When the end of the month starts approaching, our payment provider will send you an e-mail inviting you to renew the subscription for another month. You can also renew at any time by following a link from the Native Dialogs homepage when you are logged in.
If you have a subscription which renews automatically: When the end of the month starts approaching, our payment provider will send you an e-mail to remind you that another monthly payment is about to be taken from your credit card (or other payment method). You have the option to cancel the renewal at that point.
The expiration date of your current subscription, or the date of your next scheduled payment, is always shown on your Native Dialogs home page when you are logged in.
Changing your mind, cancelling
The easiest way to cancel your subscription is to not pay for another month. The subscription will cancel automatically and you will not owe us anything. If you insist on cancelling before your current month is up, you can ask us to do that for you by e-mail: hello@nativedialogs.com
