About E-mail ethics

E-mail ethics

When you, the user, agree to give us your e-mail address, we will always only use it for the purpose for which you gave it to us. What that actually entails is explained below.

Subscriptions

If you have signed up for a subscription on Native Dialogs, your e-mail address serves as your username: you will use it to log in, along with your password.

In addition, we will use your e-mail address to send you daily (Monday–Sunday) reminders about that day’s chat of the day.

Last but not least, if you have forgotten your password and wish to reset it using the Forgot your password? facility, we will use your e-mail address to send you a link to reset your password.

Revision reminders

Native Dialogs has a feature where, at the end of each chat, you can schedule an e-mail reminder to be sent to yourself in a couple of hours. The purpose of these is to remind you to revise the chat later.

This feature is only available to users who are logged in. The reminders are sent to the e-mail address we have for you.
