This page discloses how Native Dialogs works with your personal data and what your rights under GDPR are.

General principle

Native Dialogs does not collect any personal information about its visitors except the e-mail addresses of subscribers and people who have signed up for mailing lists. Native Dialogs does not make use of non-essential cookies or any other techniques that could identify users individually.

Your rights under GDPR

When we process your personal data (ie. your e-mail address), we do so on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter a) of the European Union’s Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (also known as General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

The data processor is Michal Měchura, the author and owner of this website. Your are the data subject, the person about whom we process personal data. As a data subject you have the following rights under GDPR.
