This page discloses how Native Dialogs works with your personal data and what your rights under GDPR are.
General principle
Native Dialogs does not collect any personal information about its visitors except the e-mail addresses of subscribers and people who have signed up for mailing lists. Native Dialogs does not make use of non-essential cookies or any other techniques that could identify users individually.

Your rights under GDPR
When we process your personal data (ie. your e-mail address), we do so on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter a) of the European Union’s Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (also known as General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
The data processor is Michal Měchura, the author and owner of this website. Your are the data subject, the person about whom we process personal data. As a data subject you have the following rights under GDPR.
Right of access to personal data. As the only personal data we process are e-mail addresses, this means that you have the right to ask us whether or not we have your email address.
Right to rectification. As the only personal data we process are e-mail addresses, this means that you have the right to ask us to change your e-mail address, if we have it.
Right of erasure. As the only personal data we process are e-mail addresses, this means that you have the right to ask us to delete your e-mail address, if we have it. This will have the effect of ending any subcriptions you may have.
Right to data portability. As the only personal data we process are e-mail addresses, this right is irrelevant on Native Dialogs.
- Right to object to having your personal data processed by us. If you make such an objection, we are obliged to stop processing your personal data. As the only personal data we process are e-mail addresses, this is identical to your right of erasure.
Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making and profiling. As we do not do any automated individual decision-making or profiling, this right is irrelevant on Native Dialogs.
