Subscription ethics

Native Dialogs voluntarily refrains from using dark patterns to sell subscriptions. This page explains exactly what we do and don’t do.

A really free trial

Native Dialogs operates a free trial scheme where you do not have to give us your credit card details or any other payment information. The trial does not automatically roll over into a paid subscription. If you do nothing at the end of the trial, the trial simply ends. There is no obligation for you to buy anything.

No debt collectors

We do not use the services of debt collectors or lawyers to collect unpaid subscriptions. If your renewal payment fails (for example because your credit card details are out of date), then your subscription simply ends and you owe us nothing.

Bona fide erroneous purchases

In extreme cases when a subscription has been bought as the result of an honest mistake or fraud (examples: someone stole your credit card, a cat walked over your keyboard...), we will work with our payment provider to get the full amount refunded to you. Contact us if this has happened to you.

For more information

To find out more about Native Dialogs subscriptions and what a subscription actually gets you, read our terms and conditions (don’t worry, it’s not a dry legal text, our T&C’s are human-friendly).
